EFP Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician I for an urgent opportunity with one of our clients in the Rancho Cucamonga area .

This is a temporary 3–6+ month assignment with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and hands-on knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Pay Rate

$28.00–$34.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM–1:30 AM
2nd/3rd Shift

Schedule flexibility and weekend availability may be required based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Navigate and operate HMI interfaces on automated and robotic equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficient operations.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform welding using TIG, MIG, and ARC processes.
• Perform fabrication and machine repair as needed.
• Work closely with production and other departments to support maintenance needs.
• Maintain and organize spare parts inventory.
• Help ensure parts and maintenance resources are managed efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Travel occasionally to other company locations for training and support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience working with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems .
• Experience with automated or robotic equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work with and navigate HMI systems .
• Welding experience with TIG, MIG, and/or ARC .
• Experience with fabrication and machine repair.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and transportation.
• Ability to work the required evening/night schedule and weekends when needed.

• Position: Maintenance Technician I
• Pay: $28.00–$34.00/hour DOE
• Shift: 2nd/3rd Shift
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–1:30 AM
